LIMITED USAGE GRANTED
You may only use each individual template on a single website, belonging to either you or your client. You have to purchase same template once more in order to make another project with the same design.

MODIFICATIONS
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to the templates to fit your purposes.

UNAUTHORIZED USE
You may not place any of the templates, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, DVD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind.

ASSIGNATION
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else.

OWNERSHIP
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of the templates, modified or unmodified.

The templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind,
either expressed or implied. In no event shall the company be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use the templates.

THE REFUND POLICY
Since we offer the non-tangible irrevocable goods no refund is issued the template is shipped, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any template at our site. Please make sure that you've carefully read 'sources available' section. The only exception (on a case by case basis) with this rule is when a template appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date. The refund is issued to you after a Waiver of Copyright signed by you is received. This is a required condition.

ANTIFRAUD CHECK
A purchase can be suspended for the manual antifraud check for 10-20 minutes, it can also be suspended for a longer time (up to 20 hours) for a more serious investigation. The antifraud check is needed because of a growing number of fraud transactions from the persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.
 
PRODUCT INSTALLATION
We do not install any of the templates which require installation (osCommerce templates, Zen Cart templates, etc.) Installation is a paid service which is not included in the package price.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The third parties may be used to provide certain services accessible through qesign.com. We do not control those third parties or their services, and you agree that our company will not be liable to you in any way for your use of such services. These third parties may have their own terms of use and other policies. You must comply with such terms and policies, as well as these TOS when you use these services. If any such terms or policies conflict with our TOS, agreements or policies, you must comply with our company's TOS, agreements or policies, as applicable.

We reserve the right to change or modify these terms with no prior notice.
