What are the advantages of purchasing a template?
The major advantage is price: You get a high quality design for just $20-$70, and you don't have to use our custom design services. The second advantage is a time frame: it usually takes 5..6 days to produce a high-quality website template.

What do I receive when I order a template?
After you complete the payment via our secure form, then you will receive a confirmation email with link(s) to download .zip(s). The .zip file(s) contains the following: PSD file(s), HTML file(s), fonts and advanced clipart library.

Can you customize a template for me?
Yes. You can either purchase a template in our template store and then contact us (providing us with the template and the list of required changes) or you can order a customized template directly on a specialized website dedicated to template customization (also known as template tuning). Please take a look at our template customization page for more detailed information.

What are the terms of templates' use?
You may build a website using the template in any way you like. You may not: Resell or redistribute the templates; claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of the products, modified or unmodified. Make more than one project using the same template (you have to purchase the same template once more in order to make another project with the same design).

What is unique and non-unique purchase?
Non-unique (non-exclusive) purchase means that other people can buy the template you have chosen some time later.
Unique (exclusive) purchase guarantees that you are the last person to buy this template. After an exclusive purchase occurs the template is being permanently removed from the sales directory and will never be available to other customers again.

Is the license a one-time fee payment?
Yes, the payment for your template is a one-time fee without any additional charges. After purchasing you may use the template as many times as you need for one website.

Is it possible to purchase an access to all templates?
Sorry, we do not provide such a membership-based service.

Is that possible to  make payment by company check?
To pay by check, please use the Moneybookers payment option.

Is there any return policy?
Since we offer the non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any template. Please make sure that you've carefully read 'sources available' section. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date.

I want to buy a template, but it's not available anymore.
The template has been sold out for exclusive price. Please look for the similar templates in our collection.

Are your templates Expression Web compatible?
The code of the most of templates is compatible with Microsoft FrontPage (Expression Web), Adobe GoLive, Macromedia Dreamweaver. Please check the 'sources available' field in the template preview window.

Adobe Photoshop is the world's most popular graphics editing package. You can find more info about Photoshop and download a free trial version at Adobe website.

Opening .fla file, I get an "Unexpected file format" error.
It means that .fla file is incompatible with your Flash version. Please install Flash MX to edit this file.

Can I edit flash template in Swish?
No. The flash templates can be edited only with Adobe Flash.

Can I replace pictures on the flash animated website?
Yes, you can.

Where can I find photos for my template?
Please check out our online photo store. You can also request any specific required image by using our photo on demand service.

Is it possible to use your templates to develop websites for my customers?
Yes. It is perfect for designers who want to offer their customers a high-quality design and also save time and money. Please remember that purchasing the template you're entitled to create only one project (one domain name).

Can I put low resolution thumbnails of templates on my website for my clients to choose designs?
Yes, of course.

Is the installation service included in the purchase?
Some of our products like osCommerce templates, Zen Cart templates, etc. require installation to operate. Installation services are not included in the package price.
