| Our terms of service are very simple: |
| Payment Making your order, you agree to pay the price published on a service page on the moment of your order, paying the following amount of your total order cost in advance (min. $19.99): normal order - 10%, urgent order - 25%, emergency order - 50%. Development The information specified in your order form is final. Once a work is started, we will charge an extra fee for any major changes. Authorship Your design will be protected with our watermark until a 100% payment. Ordering a website, website template or webpage layout design, you guarantee to keep the "Site design by MAGIA" link on the title page of your future site (alternatively, you can pay a link removal fee; an unauthorized removal will result in a work resale). Subcontracting & Resale For a 20% extra, you can buy a right to resale our design to your Client on behalf of your name and add it to your own design portfolio. Privacy & Anonymity Once a web or graphic design is done, it is published in our design portfolio (the photo manipulation works are not published there). For a 20% extra you can order an unpublished design. |
